Vyex was started in 2002 by Dave Karr to offer design services on a consulting basis.

Dave has a wide range of experience gained over the past 20 years including:

• Analog system design
• Digital Signal Processing
• Embedded Hardware design
• Embedded Software design ranging from 8 to 32 bit processors in 'C' and assembler
• Printed Circuit Board design, primarily high density surface mount
• Medical Electronics Product Design and Production
• RF System Design
• Strong Networking background including many Unix flavors, Novell, Cisco, etc.
• Strong Telcom Background ranging from a variety of PBX's to protocol layer knowledge of digital services
• Project Managment
• Working knowledge of Manufacturing software systems and methods

Vyex will also be offering some products that satisfy some specialized needs.
